Three days of conference shuttles without a gap

Hotel loop between four downtown hotels and McCormick Place for 1,100 attendees over three days. They staged six coaches and an on-site dispatcher, and the 7 a.m. waves never backed up. When the keynote ran 40 minutes long, dispatch held the coaches without being asked.

Guests made the reception on time, both ways

Two minibuses from the ceremony in Evanston to the reception downtown, then late returns to three hotels. Drivers waited at the right door, and handled an unplanned stop for a guest’s forgotten bag without fuss.

Moved a 300-person delegation on short notice

We needed seven coaches with nine days’ notice for a two-day regional summit. They confirmed availability the same afternoon, sent the insurance certificate naming our agency, and every vehicle arrived 15 minutes early.

Great driver, but pickup ran 20 minutes late

Varsity team to a meet in Champaign. Clean coach, and a driver who was patient with 45 teenagers. The morning pickup was 20 minutes late because dispatch had the wrong school entrance, which cost us warm-up time.
